TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The use of manufacturer names, logos, and descriptions is for reference purposes only and does not imply that any parts or components are original products of the manufacturer.

All components are aftermarket products, backed by the limited warranty provided by the respective product manufacturers. Superior Rubber Tracks (the company) does not provide any expressed or implied warranties. The warranty covers only the invoiced cost of the part, excluding any additional costs or value.

SHIPPING:

Shipments are handled through commercial freight carriers.

Superior Rubber Tracks strives to ship orders placed by noon on the next business day. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.

Shipments to residential addresses, job sites, or remote locations may incur additional charges for re-delivery, driver wait time, or tailgate lift services.

We recommend that customers contact us if their delivery location does not typically accommodate 40' or 53' trailers. We can arrange to ship the order to a local freight terminal for pick-up or to an alternate commercial location.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

For all return requests, customers must email Customer Service at Superior Rubber Tracks to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This will allow us to assist with returning the product in a cost-effective way and discuss any applicable restocking fees.

Customers can return products with freight charges paid, as long as a Return Authorization Number has been issued by Superior Rubber Tracks. Upon receiving the return request, we may provide a pre-paid Bill of Lading, which could reduce freight costs for the customer.

If a product was shipped incorrectly by Superior Rubber Tracks, we will issue a pre-paid Bill of Lading for the return shipping. For all other return issues, customers can reach out via email for assistance.

Restocking fees of 15% of the product's purchase price will apply to returns that do not have an authorized Return Authorization Number or for returns where no error was made by the company. This fee will be deducted from any credit or refund issued.

Returned products must be in their original, undamaged, like-new, and resellable condition. If the product shows signs of wear or damage, the return credit may be adjusted based on the condition of the item, and a deduction will be made to reflect the cost of reselling the damaged product within 90 days.

CREDITS OR REFUNDS:

Customers can choose between receiving a credit to their account or requesting a refund for the net proceeds of returned products. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Credits or refunds will be issued within 10 days of Superior Rubber Tracks receiving the returned product.
